What customers say?

“ Whenever my wife feels like having a steak, Chilli’s is usually our go to place because it is easy to find in almost any shopping mall. What keeps us coming back, though, is the service. The staff are genuinely attentive, always making sure our food has arrived and checking in to see if we need anything else. At Chilli’s One Utama, the experience honestly felt like dining at a five star hotel because of how well we were taken care of. As always, the ribeye steak was delicious and did not disappoint. ”

“ Everything is good. We initially lined up and waited to be seated (there was a long line at the front), but seeing that there was a vacant 2-pax table, he brought us in. We almost got a wrong order though, and waited quite long for our food. Fortunately, my lil bro realized the food was not as we ordered earlier (I was busy on my phone), so he called the staff and explained what we initially ordered. When we got our 3 dippers, it had turned warm, indicating that the food had long been ready, but not served. But it’s understandable, maybe because there were a lot of customers, so they were out of hands. Maybe the management needs to add staffs. Overall, it’s good. ”

“ Delicious as usual. Been here with friends, family and even by myself! Cozy and the service is great, they’re very attentive to their customers and will always check on you. 2/5 stars for the atmosphere, It’s just that the design of the place could use an upgrade because i think it has been the same since 2010 or so. Besides that everything is great! ”
